Core Rehab in Elkhorn, WI is located inside Holton Manor. Our state-of-the-art HydroWorx warm aquatic therapy pool (93-degrees) featuring an underwater treadmill and video system allowing therapists to monitor progress in real time. It's perfect for sports training and pain management. Occupational, speech and physical therapies are also offered at this location in our newly expanded therapy gym.
